Subscription can be purchased only for mobile platforms. When you purchase a mobile platform, you get a free download of desktop/laptop iMovicha. You can login to the purchased mobile platform and desktop/laptop platform with the same id. To login to a different device you have to purchase subscription for the respective device. You can login to the device either by adding the MEID of the device to the existing user id or by creating a new user id.
Currently, skin or background of iMovicha screen cannot be changed.

In case of mobile, you will be shown an alert that you have a message from Contact1. Do you want to view? Now or Later. If you choose Later, you will still remain in the call view and message will be received in the background. If you choose Now you will be taken to the IM view immediately and the call continues.
Ongoing call and active IM sessions will be listed under a group Active session on the main contact window. You can click on the video call listed under the group and get back to video call.
Yes, you can have a video call when your camera is on the opposite side of your phone’s screen. iMovicha selects front camera by default while making a video call. But, when there is no front camera, iMovicha selects the rear camera automatically.
Groups like Friends, Family and Other are reserved groups in iMovicha. These groups cannot be deleted or renamed.

You can block a contact from disturbing you by selecting the contact and clicking on
. This will always show you in offline status to the blocked contact and hence restricts him from making calls and/or initiating IMs with you.

On your desktop/laptop iMovicha client, you can click on Preferences > speaker, select the desired device, set the required volume and then click on Play sound to check if the selected device is working. If the music plays the selected speaker is working. If not, select a different device.
On your desktop/laptop iMovicha client, you can click on Preferences > Microphone, select the desired device, set the required volume and then click on Test Microphone to check if the selected device is working. If the indicator goes to the yellow area, the selected microphone is working. If not, select a different device.
